  1. Delivery KPG driver picks up the order from the restaurant and brings it to the client
  2. At the same time, it is important that the order is not damaged during transportation — that is, the order arrived hot and in good condition
  3. Politeness, speed and quality of delivery — the key to a good tip for the driver

Basic principles of the driver:
  • To be honest
  • Keep your word
  • Follow the rules
  • Be polite and respectful
  • Follow the schedule
  • Be on time
  • Have change
  • Be neat
  • Keep equipment clean and dry (box, raincoat)
  • Take care of safety — observe traffic rules, look in mirrors, wear a helmet. don’t look at your phone while driving
  • Be prepared for the work shift
  • If you have any questions or difficulties — call the operator immediately
Your personal manager is your friend in the company
  • Training and adaptation of the driver — helps to understand all issues related to work
  • Schedule weekly
  • Taking care of the driver’s working conditions (sick leave, problems, days off, etc.)
  • Controls the debt of the driver

Duty administrator:
  • Controls current orders
  • Communicates with restaurants, customers, drivers
  • The administrator has access to the quart with all drivers and orders
  • Assigns additional orders to the driver if necessary
  • Builds driver logistics
  • Helps drivers in difficult situations (no connection with the client, the client is not at home, problems with the order and its cost)

Finance manager
  • Performs payroll
  • Submit financial report
  • Controls driver payments
  1. The driver himself chooses a convenient work schedule
  2. Every Friday, the personal manager will coordinate the work schedule with the driver
  3. The driver must adhere to his work schedule

We have different options:
  • from 9 to 9, from 10 to 10 from 11 to 11
  • part-time work — morning or evening hours

Breaks:
  • scheduled — if the driver works full time — he can choose a 2 hour break once a day or 2 breaks
  • emergency break — if the driver needs to take an extra break — the driver must notify the administrator 30 minutes in advance — and complete all current orders
Equipment for drivers is issued free of charge, but with a deposit If you quit, you return the equipment in good quality and get your money back.

Equipment deposit:
  • Box with bars — 500 THB
  • Phone holder — 100 THB
  • Raincoat — 100 THB

Equipment to take care of:
  • box every evening to wipe inside
  • store box and rain cover dry
  • keep the box under the roof (to hide from the rain at night)
Driver salary
We pay the driver for each completed order The more deliveries you made, the more money you got

How much will I get for one delivery?
19 THB - fixed part for each order 39% of the delivery charge paid by the customer.
  • Example 1: Delivery charge in the order 109 THB Your salary: 19 THB + 109 THB * 39% = 62.51 THB
  • Example 2: Delivery charge in the order 39 THB Your salary: 19 THB + 39 THB * 39% = 35,21 THB

What determines delivery charge?
From distance - the longer the distance, the higher the delivery charge
  • Example: Distance 1 km - customer will pay 28 THB for delivery Distance 5 km - customer will pay 80 THB for delivery Distance 14 km - customer will pay 215 THB for delivery
Bonuses for a new driver
Complete the conditions and get more money!
We are interested in the fact that the new driver would immediately get involved in the work.

Therefore, we propose to fulfill the conditions of the quest and receive additional money:
  • Make 70 orders in the first 7 days of work and get an additional 300 THB
  • Make 300 orders in the first 30 days of work and get an additional 200 THB
For the first month of work, a new driver can earn an additional 500 THB simply by fulfilling the conditions

Driver bonuses
Work more earn more!
  1. Get an increased fixed pay for working certain hours
  2. Get an increased percentage of the order value for the results of your work! The more deliveries you made this week, the higher the % of the delivery fee will be next week
Invite new drivers to the team and get extra income!
We are interested in expanding the team of drivers, so for each invited driver you can get a reward.

What do you need to do for this?
Tell your friends about the vacancy, and send a link to the questionnaire, we will do the rest.
In order to receive a reward for a new driver, the new driver must meet the following conditions:
  • The new driver made 70 orders in the first 7 days of work — YOU will receive 500 THB
  • The new driver made 300 orders in the first 30 days of work — YOU will receive 250 THB
For each invited driver, you can get a bonus of 750 THB in total
Part 1. Reporting Every Monday the driver receives a report on the past week:
Deliveries — delivered orders for the last week (Monday-Sunday)
Company money at the driver’s — the company’s money kept in the driver’s hands based on the results of work for the past week (delivery cost + company tips — coupon — paid from the wallet)
Salary — driver’s salary for the last week (fixed part + 39% + bonuses for performance)
Send to company — the money that the driver must return to the company (Company money at the driver’s — Salary)
Based on this report, the driver keeps his salary and on the same day (Monday) — must send money to the company!

Part 2. How the calculations are made:
The driver pays for the order at the restaurant with his own money.
When the order is delivered to the customer, the driver receives:
  • back your money spent on food
  • shipping fee from customer
  • tips for the company (from the application)
Delivery fee + tips for the company is the company’s money

Example 1:
Subtotal 100 THB — The cost of the order — the driver pays this amount at the restaurant Delivery charge 50 THB — Delivery cost to be paid by the customer Tip 20 THB — Tips for the company Total 170 THB — Order cost Payable 170 THB — Amount to be paid by the customer
Calculations:
100 THB — the driver takes it for himself, as he paid this money earlier in the restaurant 170 THB (Total) — 100 THB (Subtotal) = 70 THB — money that belongs to the company, but is kept by the driver for a week 20 THB + 50 THB * 39% = 39.5 THB — driver’s salary for this order 70 THB (company money) — 39.5 THB (driver's salary) = 30.5 THB — money that the driver must return to the company on Monday

Example 2:
Situations when a client applies a discount or pays for an order with virtual money from the application wallet, then the calculations are as follows
Subtotal 100 THB — The cost of the order — the driver pays this amount at the restaurant Coupon 10 THB (HELLODELIVERY) — Customer Discount Delivery charge 50 THB — Delivery cost to be paid by the customer Tip 20 THB — Tips for the company Paid With Wallet 50 THB — Payment with virtual money from the app wallet Total 160 THB — Order cost Payable 110 THB — Amount to be paid by the customer
Calculations:
100 THB — the driver takes it for himself, as he paid this money earlier in the restaurant 110 THB (Total) — 100 THB (Subtotal) = 10 THB — money that belongs to the company, but is kept by the driver for a week 20 THB + 50 THB * 39% = 39.5 THB — driver’s salary for this order 10 THB (company money) — 39.5 THB (driver's salary) = - 29.5 THB — money that the company must return to the driver on Monday

Part 4. Calculations at the end of the week
The driver’s debt to the company (+) and the company’s debt to the driver (-) are added up, the amount received is the part that the driver must send to the company, if the amount is negative, then the company returns the money to the driver.
Example:
30, 5 THB + (- 29, 5 THB) = 1 THB — money that the driver must return to the company

Part 5. Credit for the driver to pay for orders
In a situation where the driver does not have enough money to pay for an order at a restaurant, the company can lend money to the driver. To do this, the driver in the Finance chat must send a request to pay the bill:
  • invoice from the restaurant
  • QR code of the restaurant to pay the bill
Debt maturity — every Monday
The company is not interested in a fine and dismissal, but there are situations when drivers systematically violate the rules and do not keep their word.
  1. Not going to work according to the schedule for no good reason — 2% of the cost of delivery for 7 days
  2. Refusal to fulfill the order for no good reason — 2% of the delivery cost for 7 days

Systematic violation of the rules
Disrespectful attitude towards the company, operators, customers, drivers.

Part 5. How does the Delivery KPG driver work?
Get ready for your shift:
  • full tank
  • charged phone
  • there is a balance on the phone for the Internet and calls
  • you are full and satisfied all your physiological needs
  • you have a cache for work (1000THB)
Start of the working day:
  • The system will automatically turn you on according to the schedule
  • If you want to leave early for your shift — make yourself online (green button) in the app
  • Write in a chat with the operator — "I'm ready"
We take a new order:
  • overview of available orders
  • what order to choose?
  • receiving an order in the application
  • check the current order
  • route to the restaurant
At the restaurant:
  • overview of my current orders
  • say hello, show the order in the application
  • pay the bill, send a photo of the bill to WhatsApp
  • swipe — taken away
  • see the location of the client, build a route — how to go (manually)
  • contact the client via watsap to say "I'm on my way"
  • we drive carefully, taking care of our safety and the safety of the order
At the client:
  • in the parking lot — we inform the client that you are there, we specify how to find the client
  • we deliver the order to the customer’s door
  • polite and friendly
  • we give the order to the client — we allow him to put the food in a convenient place
  • we report the cost of the order — we settle accounts with the client — we always give back!!!
  • if you got tips by cache — these are your tips
  • we say goodbye to the client, we wish you bon appetit
  • complete the order in the application
After completing the order — you are ready for a new order!

Part 6. Completion of the working day
  • inform the operator that you have completed the working day
  • check if you have completed all orders in the system
  • make yourself offline
  • wipe the box and put it in a dry place protected from rain
1. Can't find client, wrong address
  • We ask the client to send the address via WhatsApp
  • Check how to get to a specific point on Google maps
  • Check what is written in the application - often clients indicate the name of the villa, house or room number
  • If it is not possible to contact the client, then immediately report the problem to the operator, and wait for further instructions, without stopping trying to solve the problem

2. I can’t get through to the client, no one is at home, no one meets
  • Check what is written in the application - often clients indicate the name of the villa, house or room number
  • Find a specific villa, house, room
  • Knock or beep
  • If there is a reception, specify exactly where this client lives
  • If none of the above helped - contact the operator and wait for further instructions without stopping trying to contact the client

3. Restaurant bill doesn't match app
  • Restaurant bill and subtotal must match
  • If you see a difference - send the invoice to the operator via WhatsApp - report that the invoice is different - ask to make changes to the order
  • Wait for confirmation from the operator and only then swipe to pick up

4. The food arrived in substandard condition and the client is not ready to accept it
  • Assess how damaged the order is - take a photo
  • Apologize to the client
  • Notify the operator - that the order is damaged and ask to contact the customer
  • Wait for the response of the operator according to the situation

5. The restaurant did not give the whole order
  • To prevent this situation - check the number of positions from the application by the piece, the number of boxes, drinks
  • if the situation still happened - inform the operator
  • the operator may ask you to bring the missing part of the order
  • for repeated delivery due to the fault of the restaurant - you get an additional 58 THB from the restaurant

6. Not enough money to pay for food
  • An order from a restaurant for a large amount and you do not have enough money, then
  • Write to the chat finance - you need to pay the bill
  • send an invoice from the restaurant
  • send the QR code of the restaurant
  • the company will pay the order within 5-7 minutes and send you a payment receipt in the finance chat
  • this situation forms your debt to the company, which you must repay on Monday

7. The client refuses the order or does not want to pay for the order, the client is not adequate
  • Don't get into conflict
  • Behave respectfully
  • Immediately inform the operator - we are waiting for further instructions

8. Application not working
  • Restart the app
  • Check app settings and internet
  • If it does not help, inform the operator about the problem to the operator

9. System overload, multiple orders at the same time
There are situations when there are too many orders and not enough drivers
The operator has the right to assign several orders to one driver
What to do when you have multiple orders: If orders from one restaurant: We pick up all orders at the same time, look at the locations of all customers at once and build the best route If orders from different restaurants:
  • ask the operator for the best route
  • follow the instructions of the operator - he sees the whole situation, all locations and can build the best route

10. Customer asks to check in at 7/11
  • You can agree or refuse
  • On average, drivers charge for check-in at 7/11 - 50 THB - this is your money

11. The client wants to pay QR
  • If you do not have an account in a Thai bank - use the QR code of the company (it is forbidden to use the data of strangers!)
  • The company will return the transferred amount to you as quickly as you need, or on Monday during mutual settlements

12. Bike problem while running
  • Try to solve the problem as soon as possible
  • In emergency situations, the company can provide you with a bike before the end of the working day
  • If you have an order in the box and you were heading to the client - tell the operator that he would urgently send you another driver to help

13. Accidentally marked order as delivered
  • Ask the operator to send you: phone number, order screen and client location
  • Contact the client and let them know that you are on the way
